Outer rings are made of carbon chromium steel, fractured, hardened and phosphated, with sliding surface of PTFE fabric. Inner rings of carbon chromium steel,hardened,sliding surface treated with chromium plating , the 2RS design with two seals at both sides.
They have very low friction and can be operated without maintenance. They are used for applications where long bearing lives are required without maintenance, or where operating conditions. |
